Gift Card Policy

This policy explains how Catalyx Peptides gift cards work, how to redeem them, and how to use your balance at checkout. By redeeming a gift card, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Gift Cards

Catalyx Peptides gift cards are a form of store credit that can be applied toward purchases on this website. A gift card is issued as a unique code with a fixed value.

• No monetary value. Gift cards and any balance they carry cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, refunded to a payment method, or converted to any monetary value, except where required by applicable law.
• One-time redemption. Each gift card code may be redeemed only once. Once a code has been redeemed, it is marked as used and cannot be redeemed again.
• Tied to your account after redemption. When you redeem a gift card, its value is added to the wallet balance of the account used to redeem it. After redemption, that balance is tied to your account and is non-transferable to another account or person.

2. Before Redemption

Prior to redemption, a gift card is a bearer code — whoever holds the code may redeem it. Treat an unredeemed code like cash: if it is lost, shared, or seen by someone else, that person may redeem it, and Catalyx Peptides is not responsible for unauthorized redemption of a code before it has been claimed. Once a code is redeemed into an account, the resulting balance can only be used by that account.

3. How to Redeem a Gift Card

Gift cards are redeemed from your account — not at checkout. To add a gift card’s value to your account balance:

1. Create an account or log in at My Account. (An account is required to redeem a gift card and to check out.)
2. Go to My Account → My Wallet.
3. Select the Coupon tab.
4. Enter your gift card code in the field provided and click Redeem coupon.
5. The gift card’s value is added to your wallet balance, shown as your Total Balance in My Wallet.

If the code is invalid, has already been redeemed, or has expired, redemption will not succeed and you will see an error message.

4. How to Use Your Balance at Checkout

Once a gift card has been redeemed, its value lives in your account’s wallet balance and is used as a payment method at checkout:

1. Add the items you want to your cart and proceed to Checkout while logged in.
2. At checkout, choose your wallet balance as the payment method.
3. If your balance covers the full order total, the order is paid entirely from your balance.
4. If your balance covers only part of the order, you can apply your available balance and pay the remaining amount with another accepted payment method.

Any balance you do not use on a given order remains in your account and carries over for use on future orders, until it is fully spent or expires.

5. Expiration

Gift cards may carry an expiration date, which (where applicable) is shown at the time the card is issued. A gift card must be redeemed before its expiration date. Expired codes cannot be redeemed. Where an expiration applies to a redeemed balance, it will be communicated to you; otherwise, redeemed balances remain available in your account for use on purchases.

6. General Terms

• Gift cards may only be used to purchase products on this website and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or combined into a single code.
• Catalyx Peptides is not responsible for gift card codes that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization before redemption.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards or balances that we reasonably believe were obtained fraudulently, issued in error, or used in violation of this policy or our Terms of Service.
• This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Returns and Refunds policy.
